Dear Siblings in Christ,
It is with heavy hearts that we share the news that Pastor Kirk died unexpectedly on Thursday, October 5. This loss has left the Calvary Church Council and Staff in shock and grief.
Pastor Kirk has been a pillar of strength, a spiritual guide, and a dear friend to many. His dedication to people, the church, wisdom, and unwavering faith has been a gift to our congregation in countless ways.
In many ways Calvary is a family, and together we will find solace and strength in our shared faith and love.
Please keep Deb, Nick, Tony, and the entire Meseck family in your prayers during this difficult time. If you have any questions or need support, please do not hesitate to reach out to the church.
Let us remember Pastor Kirk not only for his teachings and the ways he challenged us week after week to live and love like Jesus but also for his honesty, humor, and the profound impact he had on our lives. Together, we will continue to uphold the values and teachings he held dear, keeping his spirit alive in our congregation.
A prayer service and funeral will be held this week to celebrate Pastor Kirk's life and honor his memory. We invite you to join us if you are able either in person or via livestream.
